Ideally YES! This will then ensure you have a guaranteed time slot of your choosing, with full attention on you. However, you are always welcome to pop by the studio to see if there is any availability if feeling a little impulsive.

Anyone under the age of 16 must have a parent or a legal guardian who has parental responsibility, present throughout the entirety of the piercing - no exceptions, please do not ask us to bend the rules. Service will be refused and piercing fee retained

As long as you meet the age category for that particular piercing (and/or have the relevant ID required) then the answer is you!
There is no discrimination here at Moomoo's. We strive to ensure everyone who crosses the threshold is made to feel welcome, comfortable and safe.
Consent is required from the customer before proceeding and this must be both verbal and physical.
Moomoo's however retains the right and will refuse service if you are under the influence of alcohol/drugs. All piercing fees will be retained with no refund - no exceptions. We retain the right to refuse service on anyone who they believe is at risk of causing harm to themselves by physical behaviour.

No - and there are no exceptions to this.
Every piece of jewellery that is used is sterilised in-house and can be verified with implant-grade status. We cannot verify the safety of any other jewellery and piercing with unverified, externally sourced jewellery voids our insurance policies
Absolutely not!
Moomoo's exclusively use single-use needles for every piercing. We do not use piercing guns, nor do we condone their use in any piercing. We believe that piercing guns/cartridges/pressurised systems are unsafe, unsanitary and inappropriate for use on any person.
We explicitly do not use numbing chemicals, creams etc of any kind as this breaches the terms of our insurance, and is not within our licensing remit as piercers.
We promise the piercing is not as scary or as uncomfortable as you are imagining
Yes. There is a portable ramp available with a weight allowance of 300kg - please advise if this is required so setup is complete prior to arrival.
Please note, there is not an accessible wheelchair friendly toilet available.
All jewellery sales are final as they cannot be resold for hygiene purposes, no cash refunds are given.
All piercings are clearly marked prior to being performed for you to double check the placement with the exemption of piercings that can’t physically be seen such as septum piercings. We will not pierce you without confirmation that you are happy.
If you believe your piercing was performed incorrectly please notify the studio in writing within 30 days and we will re-do the piercing for you at no cost in store in accordance section 55 of the 2015 Consumer Rights Act
You are personally responsible for the ongoing costs of up keeping and maintaining your piercing including but not limited to replacement items, upsizes and downsizes.
Once a week it is highly recommended to tighten any threaded ends, or squeeze together threadless ends and posts to ensure your jewellery does not loosen over time, or get lost.
You will also have a full demonstration of how your jewellery works and how to maintain it’s security at your appointment - it is your responsibility as the client to ensure jewellery remains secure over time! Moomoo's cannot be held responsible for lost jewellery.
Yes of course, the booking process allows you to amend/cancel your appointment up to 24hours in advance by using the Manage Appointment from your confirmation email.
You CAN NOT do this by phone/email as during the working day it can't be guaranteed that access to email/phone is possible and bookings are still live on the booking page.
To avoid being charged please use the Manage Appointment on your confirmation/reminder email.
